Over the last twenty years, Rick Starratt has honed his expertise in commercial investment sales.    During this time he specialized in investment properties throughout Los Angeles, with an emphasis in the San Gabriel valley. Significant transactions/clients include Cardinal Equities, Walt Disney Stores, and Powell Electrical Systems.

 His diverse background in sales, debt placement, and analytical/valuation abilities afforded him the position of “New Agent” trainer at his previous brokerage company A former Marine, Rick prides himself on his attention to detail and determination to do what is best for his clients.

Rick is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and resides in Pasadena with his wife of twenty years.  In his spare time, Rick is the coach of the La Canada High School lacrosse team.
