Who We Are
CBI began as a small team of brokers focused on Los Angeles office and retail deals. Over time, our client roster grew to include national brands, private investors and family offices, and our practice expanded to cover every major commercial asset class.
Today, CBI operates across brokerage, debt placement, property analysis, syndication and insurance services, backed by a global affiliate network spanning more than thirty states and thirty countries.
