Today, parts of California will start to reopen as the country continues to battle Coronavirus.

Governor Gavin Newsom says “stage 2” of reopening the state will allow businesses such as bookstores, clothing stores, sporting goods, toy stores, and florist will be able to open for business under strict safety guidelines and for curbside pickup.

The state is also working to implement a working plan to reopen other businesses like offices, retail and restaurants. However, the next phase of reopening California, does not currently include offices, seated dine in restaurants or shopping at malls.

As state leaders loosen the stay-at-home restrictions, there will be a lot of questions on how to properly open and navigate business decisions.

At Commercial Brokers International, we can help business owners navigate their strategies through these uncertain times. Whether its compliance, relocating and finding a new commercial space to successfully operate under the safety guidelines.
