With a background in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Syndication, Arian leverages his industry experience to get his buyers and sellers the best possible outcome.

Arian applies his extensive market experience to guide clients through the complex processes of buying, selling, or exchanging investment real estate. He is well versed in 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts in all 50 states. Arian’s success lies in his ability to protect his clients’ interests and negotiate the best terms for those he represents.

Arian holds a dual degree in Real Estate Development and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is also a licensed Chevron, Shell, and Mobil dealer.
